Products are automatically delivered on your schedule and per our dispatch and delivery times. There is no obligation to continue future orders. You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime. Once you have placed your first order you are sent an email to create a password and login to your account. Once logged in you will be able to view orders, modify, cancel or add products for your next shipment and update your account details. Please see delivery and dispatch below in regards to shipping.

Dispatch and Delivery
To enable us to offer you the wide selection of products at the prices and with the discounts we offer we can not offer fast delivery and shipping times on first orders. Our suppliers are in other states and we do not warehouse all the products ourselves.

While we can not offer fast shipping we do offer a large range of products from leading Nutritional & Natural and Organic Product Manufacturers and a Free gift with every purchase and if you spend over $65 you get free shipping as well.

Some purchasers like fast delivery so we decided to sweeten the shopping experience at the Natural Integrity shop by giving you an Extra Free Gift Product with every purchase.

Every purchase includes a Free Gift.

• Spend up to $30 and you will receive a Free Surprise Gift.
• Spend between $30- $65 to get a Free Gift valued around $10.00
• Spend over $65 - $100 and get a Free Gift valued between $15.00 to $20.00 plus Free shipping.

Your first order may take up to 14 days to arrive to you as mentioned above with your Free Gift. Please allow 14 days for your order to arrive.

Subscriptions and How does it work?

Your first order may take up to 14 days to arrive.

We dispatch subscription boxes or single items subscriptions on the 15th and 30th of every month after your first Order . After your first order your next subscription boxes and products will be sent the following month on either the 15th or the 30th of the month depending on your initial order date.

So if your first subscription order was first made between the 1st and the 15th of the Month then your subsequent subscription orders will be sent on the 15th of every month and will arrive in 3-5 working days from the 15th of the month.

If your first subscription order was first made between the 15th and the 30th of the month then your subscription orders will be sent on the 30th of every Month and will arrive in 3-5 working days from the 30th of the month.
