So we’ve created the 5 tips to help rid your body of stress and tension, lift your mood, nurture yourself for a bit of me time. After all you deserve it after all you do!
Too much stress and being on the go at the time diminishes our ability to enjoy life and can put a strain on our own happiness - we have to take action now to nurture a ourselves a bit more.
TIP 1
How long since you have read a good Book? Go to the library or book store and find a book that you are really interested in. Reading can be very relaxing and a good non fiction book can take you away to another world away from your daily life demands.
Feel Good Challenge - Grab your book and either head to bed early for a cosy night with your book and a nice cup of hot chocolate or glass of wine. Or run a nice bath with your favourite relaxing bath salts or bubble bath lay back and relax read your book and have some quality feel good time. Tip 2
How long is it since you have had time to catch up with a friend. Quality time with friends is always good for the soul. Connecting with other people makes you feel good and part of something, even as simple as a yoga class or lunch date gives us a sense of meaning and purpose.
Feel Good Challenge - Ring a friend and organise time to catch up. Perhaps over dinner or lunch or some other activity like seeing a movie together or going shopping together then having lunch. Use your imagination to Organize quality fun time out with a friend. Perhaps organise a ladies night with a group!

Download a meditation or mindfulness app. The Headspace app is perfect for helping to re-balance when you don’t have much time. Learning how to use breathing and visualisation can help de-stress anywhere, even on the train.”

Exercise your right to choose. Give yourself permission to say yes or no. Be selective and minimise anything that depletes you.

Have a pamper evening. Disconnect yourself from the world. Turn everything off like your phone, sign out of social media and do not respond to emails.
Give your self a good pamper. Run a hot bath and give your body a good long rest.
